Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and adjust patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and electronic health records.
- Provide compassionate patient education and emotional support to families.
- Assist in triage and emergency response situations as needed.
Qualifications
- Current RN license issued by the State of Missouri (or eligibility for reciprocity).
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing preferred).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certification required or obtainable within 3 months.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality of care standards.
