Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and clinical notes in our EHR system.
- Provide emotional support and health education to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program.
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Missouri.
- CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment.
