Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, direct patient care and continuous monitoring to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders and nursing standards.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the broader interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Document patient symptoms, reactions, and progress accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all patients and visitors.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication compliance, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
