Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, monitoring vital signs and assessing health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care activities, symptoms, progress, and treatments accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team members.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Kansas.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
