Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during night shifts with precise assessment and intervention
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments while maintaining accurate documentation
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital safety protocols

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Maryland
- BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing with 1+ years clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication abilities with patients, families, and staff
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EPIC preferred)
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and thrive in night shift environments
