Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessment and care during night shifts in clinical settings
- Deliver telehealth remote monitoring and virtual consultations for assigned patients
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols with precision
- Document patient encounters accurately in EMR systems during both in-person and remote shifts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care across all platforms
- Respond to emergencies and critical situations with calm professionalism
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and telehealth regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (or compact state eligibility)
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience, night shift preferred
- BLS/ACLS certification and current CPR credentials
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills for both in-person and virtual interactions
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts with remote scheduling options
- Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) or actively pursuing
