Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care across diverse clinical settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Active Kansas RN license (required)
- BSN preferred; ADN with experience considered
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- BLS certification; ACLS/PALS may be required per unit
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
