Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care across diverse medical units with precision and compassion
- Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses and vital signs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge protocols
- Lead emergency response procedures and critical intervention situations
- Mentor new staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license with BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, TNCC) strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong commitment to patient advocacy and evidence-based practice
