Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse clinical settings with precision and empathy
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and HIPAA regulations
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and treatment protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and emergency response protocols
- Mentor junior nursing staff through clinical supervision and guidance
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 1-2 years of acute care or specialty nursing experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications required; PALS or TNCC preferred
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EPIC preferred)
