Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety protocols
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care interventions dynamically
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare specialists for optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation

Qualifications
- Active NC RN license with unrestricted status
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates considered with experience)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends)
