Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based patient care across diverse clinical specialties
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precise documentation
- Maintain patient safety standards in compliance with Joint Commission protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior staff through our clinical ladder program
- Utilize Epic EMR systems for accurate patient records
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license (compact license acceptable)
- BSN degree or higher (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in specialty area
- Experience with electronic medical records (Epic preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Flexibility to rotate between day/night shifts based on operational needs
