Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical units (Med/Surg, Telemetry, ER)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Implement patient education plans
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
- Participate in shift handoffs and patient rounding
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license (or eligible to sit for NCLEX)
- ADN or BSN from accredited nursing program
- CPR/BLS certification (provided if needed)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends)
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Basic computer proficiency
