Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg units
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while maintaining rigorous documentation standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient vitals and respond rapidly to changes in condition using advanced assessment skills
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain strict compliance with JCAHO standards
- Maintain accurate electronic health records while ensuring HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts (compact license holders welcome)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- BSN degree strongly preferred (ADN candidates considered with experience)
- Exceptional critical thinking and emergency response capabilities
- Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in Epic EMR systems
