Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care and advocate for patient needs.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and document patient responses accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changing patient conditions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients and families.
- Participate in shift handovers and shift report documentation.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Arizona.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills for electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
