Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse units (ER, Med-Surg, ICU) with adaptability to changing assignments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures with precision and compassion
- Document patient assessments and progress accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and facility-specific protocols
- Provide mentorship to junior staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Active California RN license (or compact license with CA endorsement)
