Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician ordersCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Document patient assessments and care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota
- BSN degree preferred (ADN with experience considered)
- 2+ years acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Electronic health record proficiency
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
