Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and medical history reviews.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders.
- Monitor vital signs and report significant changes to the care team immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff.
- Provide patient education and counseling on disease prevention and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR).
- Ensure a safe and clean clinical environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a valid and active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Strong computer proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
