Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices and hospital protocols
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and monitor vital signs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Respond efficiently to emergency situations and rapid response activations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license (or compact license with Oregon endorsement)
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 5+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, medication administration, and emergency response
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
