Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by performing physical examinations and reviewing medical histories.
- Develop and implement comprehensive nursing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.

- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition or emergencies.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Document patient care activities, clinical notes, and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding diagnoses and care plans.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or medical setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift patients as necessary.
