Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
- Communicate changes in patient conditions to the nursing staff.
- Prepare patients for medical examinations and treatments.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
Qualifications
- Current CNA or LPN license in the State of Kansas.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care facility preferred.
- Compassionate attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
