Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with state nursing standards and facility protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely as prescribed by physicians and licensed providers.
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status, escalating concerns immediately to the charge nurse or provider team.
- Document accurate and timely patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and continuity of care.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans tailored to patient needs and recovery goals.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School (ASN, BSN, or MSN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Commitment to professional development and adherence to safety regulations.
