Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments while strictly adhering to safety protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, promptly reporting any changes to the clinical team.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and staff to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and home care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical records and documentation.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona (or Compact State).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to support remote or travel assignments in North Carolina as needed.
