Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging virtual CNA certification training modules via live video sessions
- Develop and update curriculum aligned with Texas state nursing regulations
- Conduct virtual skills demonstrations and clinical simulations
- Provide personalized mentorship and feedback to remote students
- Collaborate with clinical partners to ensure practical training alignment
- Track student progress and maintain accurate training records
- Participate in continuous professional development for trainers
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in Texas with minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Previous teaching/training experience preferred (remote experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage virtual audiences
- Proficiency in video conferencing platforms and educational software
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare privacy regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
