Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth consultations and virtual patient assessments via HIPAA-compliant platforms
- Coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary teams for chronic disease management
- Administer medications and provide health education through digital channels
- Document patient encounters accurately in EMR systems
- Respond to patient inquiries within established SLAs
- Collaborate with on-site providers for complex case management
- Maintain compliance with state nursing regulations and telehealth standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Indiana (or compact state)
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
- BSN preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Telehealth or virtual care experience highly desirable
- Strong proficiency with EMR systems and telehealth platforms
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
