Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices and established protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures with precision and compassion
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and treatment options
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process enhancement projects
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and hospital policies
- Assist in orientation and training of new nursing staff as needed
Qualifications
- Current California RN license in good standing
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with significant experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment
