Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units with evidence-based practices

Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license (or compact state license)
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred for leadership roles)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in relevant specialty
- BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS/NRP for specific units)
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
