Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based patient care in accordance with established protocols and regulatory standards
- Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement interventions across diverse clinical settings
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless transitions of care
- Document clinical observations and interventions accurately in Epic EHR systems
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and self-management strategies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process enhancement projects
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts (compact license holders welcome)
- BSN degree preferred; ADN candidates with relevant experience considered
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; specialty certifications (e.g., CCRN, CNOR) preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years acute care experience in relevant specialty area
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems with Epic experience preferred
- Demonstrated critical thinking and clinical judgment abilities
- Commitment to cultural humility and serving diverse patient populations
