Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute care settings with precision and compassion
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans using evidence-based practices

Qualifications
- Current Nebraska RN license in good standing (required)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required); TNCC/PALS preferred
- Proven ability to prioritize care in high-pressure environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
