Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in critical care settings with precision and compassion
- Monitor and assess patient vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses
- Administer medications and therapeutic interventions per physician protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document electronic health records with accuracy and timeliness
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge procedures
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license (required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years ICU/acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (required)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
