Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately
- Provide patient education on health conditions and treatment protocols

Qualifications
- Active RN license in District of Columbia (or compact license)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience in acute care setting
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication abilities with patients and healthcare teams
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EPIC preferred)
