Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in ICU setting
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor vital signs and patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
- Document electronic health records
- Provide patient and family education
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license
- BSN degree preferred
- ACLS/BLS certifications
- 1+ years ICU experience
- Strong critical thinking skills
- EMR proficiency (EPIC preferred)
- Excellent communication abilities
