Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in ICU setting with 4:1 patient ratio
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and document vital signs using advanced telemetry systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for care coordination
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO standards
- Participate in rapid response and code blue protocols
Qualifications
- Active Missouri RN license (required)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 3+ years ICU experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- Electronic health record proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
