Responsibilities
- Provide critical care assessment and intervention for acutely ill patients
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and interpret patient telemetry data
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Document patient records accurately and timely
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Current Nebraska RN license (or compact license)
- BSN degree preferred
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- 1+ years ICU experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends
