Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in ER, ICU, or Med-Surg units
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Document patient records accurately in Epic EHR
- Assess patient conditions and respond to changes
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Maintain sterile environments and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Louisiana RN license (required)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years clinical nursing experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications (or obtain within 90 days)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with electronic health records
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends
