Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess critical care patients using advanced cardiac monitoring systems
- Administer specialized medications and perform complex nursing interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on post-procedure care and recovery protocols
- Respond rapidly to emergency situations with precise clinical interventions
Qualifications
- Active NYS RN license with current BLS/ACLS certifications
- Minimum 3 years ICU or telemetry experience
- BSN or higher nursing degree preferred
- Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Experience with Epic EHR system
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
