Responsibilities
- Deliver critical care to ICU/ER patients with complex medical conditions
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor vital signs and interpret diagnostic results
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient stabilization
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Maintain emergency response readiness
Qualifications
- Active Kansas RN license (required)
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
- 2+ years ICU or ER experience preferred
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
