Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in ICU/ER settings with critical assessment and intervention skills
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precise attention to protocols
- Document patient progress accurately in EMR systems ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Mentor new staff through our robust orientation program
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Missouri (compact license accepted)
- BSN or higher degree preferred
- 2+ years ICU/ER experience required
- ACLS, BLS, and TNCC certifications mandatory
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response abilities
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
