Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in ICU/Trauma settings
- Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and diagnostic data
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Coordinate with healthcare teams for comprehensive care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions
- Respond effectively to emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (or compact state license)
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 2+ years ICU experience considered)
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Minimum 2 years ICU/trauma nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Experience with electronic medical records (EPIC preferred)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in high-stress environments
