Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care for critically ill patients in 20-bed ICU/Trauma unit
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team using Epic EMR system
- Implement evidence-based protocols for trauma resuscitation and ventilator management
- Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance (JCAHO/TJC standards)
- Lead rapid response interventions and emergency care protocols
- Mentor new nurses and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Utilize point-of-care ultrasound and advanced monitoring technologies
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license (or compact license)
- BSN degree required, MSN preferred
- ACLS, BLS, TNCC certifications mandatory
- Minimum 2 years ICU/trauma experience
- Proven expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
