Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care assessment and monitoring in specialized units
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records documentation
- Educate patients and families on health management strategies
- Adhere to strict JCAHO and hospital safety protocols

Qualifications
- Active MA RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications mandatory
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
