Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse medical-surgical units
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document clinical observations and care plans accurately
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and discharge planning
- Participate in rapid response and emergency care protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Active Missouri RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN preferred; ADN candidates with 2+ years acute care experience considered
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (TNCC preferred)
- Minimum 1 year recent hospital experience in acute care setting
- Electronic health record proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced clinical environments
