Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
- Provide education to patients and families on health management
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control procedures
- Participate in emergency response and crisis management
Qualifications
- Active WI RN license (or compact license)
- BSN preferred; ADN considered with 2+ years experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1-2 years acute care or hospital experience
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends as needed
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
