Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse units including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and hospital protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio (Compact License accepted)
- BSN or Associate's degree in Nursing
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends
