Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and medical conditions continuously.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare team members.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and medical documentation.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN License in the state of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred (New Graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare setting.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
