Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse medical units with precision and compassion

Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin RN license (or compact state license with quick transfer)
- BSN preferred; ADN with relevant experience considered
- 1+ years of clinical experience in acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Strong assessment skills and clinical judgment abilities
- Proficiency in electronic medical documentation systems
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
