Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and treatment in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
- Monitor patient health and progress, identifying changes in condition and intervening appropriately.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner within the electronic health record system.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
- Respond to emergencies and critical situations with composure and speed.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Florida.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient safety and quality of care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume medical setting.
- Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach.
