Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, discharge instructions, and preventative health.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and responses.
- Respond swiftly to medical emergencies and critical situations with professionalism.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory standards (HIPAA, OSHA).
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Minnesota (or compact state eligibility).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred but not required.
