Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders.
- Monitor vital signs and patient progress, responding promptly to any changes in condition.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and the multidisciplinary care team.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and care plans accurately and timely.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- CPR/BLS Certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a positive attitude.
