Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care across diverse medical-surgical units
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient vital signs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and discharge planning
- Participate in rapid response team activities and emergency care protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance, infection control, and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (or ability to obtain by start date)
- BSN degree from accredited nursing program (ADN candidates considered with commitment to BSN)
- Passing NCLEX-RN exam results
- CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
- Unrestricted work authorization in the United States
- Graduated within the last 12 months or upcoming graduation
- Strong communication skills and passion for patient advocacy
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
