Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a collaborative team environment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences
- Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols
- Complete required nursing competency modules
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active Washington State Registered Nurse license
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam (or scheduled to take soon)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and growth
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
